My Vision

My vision is to reshape the purpose of education. It is not enough to focus on grades or memorization — we must prioritize student development as the true foundation of learning. I have created a blueprint for the future of education built on five stages: Discovery, Foundation, Immersion, Impact, and Legacy. These stages ensure students grow with knowledge, character, purpose, and adaptability.

My Work

I design and lead programs that bridge learning with real life. My works range from hands-on STEAM initiatives that spark innovation, to leadership trainings that empower young leaders, to sustainability projects that instill responsibility for our planet. Each project is an opportunity for students to apply what they know, discover who they are, and shape who they can become.
